Online bookings

Customers pick a time and book themselves. Works with the booking system you already use, or I'll set one up.

Live timetable

Classes, sessions or opening hours that update from your own calendar, so the site is never out of date.

Google Business profile

Set up or tidied up so you show on Google Maps with the right hours, photos and a link to your site.

Hosting and security

Fast hosting, a secure padlock connection and regular backups. Nothing for you to manage.

Unlimited small updates

New prices, photos, opening hours or offers. Send them over and they're done within two working days.

Not included

Your domain name (from around £12 a year, I can set it up for you), paid advertising, professional photography and an online shop. Selling online is part of the Pro plan.

    You get the full terms before you commit, so you know exactly what you're signing up to.

    Pay securely online

    I send you a secure payment link. Then a short form to send me your logo, photos and details.

    Go live

    You review the design, I make any changes, and your site is usually live within 14 days.

The key terms.

In plain English. You'll get the full terms and conditions before you pay anything.

Contract
Rolling monthly. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Setup fee
£199, paid when you sign up. It covers the design and build, so it's non-refundable once design work has started.
Payments
Taken automatically on the same date each month. If a payment fails I'll get in touch first. The site may be paused if it's still unpaid after 14 days.
What you own
Your domain name, words, photos and logo are always yours. After 24 months, the website itself is yours too, and you can take it with you if you ever leave.
Updates
Small changes to text, photos, prices and hours are unlimited, within fair use: each change can take up to 30 minutes. New pages, new features or bigger changes are quoted separately.

Questions.

Do I need to have my content ready?

No. Send me what you have and I'll help with the rest, including writing the page text from a short chat.

I already have a website. Can you take it over?

Yes. I'll rebuild it on the new design and move your domain across, with no downtime for your customers.

Can I switch plans later?

Any time. Move up to Pro if you start selling online, or down to Essential if you need less. The new price starts from your next payment.

What happens if I cancel?

Your site stays live until the end of your notice period. You keep your domain, and I'll send you a copy of your words and photos. If you've been with me for 24 months or more, I'll hand over the whole website so you can take it with you.
